My Own Story and How I Sacrifice to Get Slimmer

3.4.2016 start consume Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Day 1: 3.4.2016 (Weight = 62 kg)
I consume 2 spoon of apple vinegar with a glass of warm water before eat. I takes 2 times

Day 2: 4.4.2016
Im fasting today so I just take it before midnight, before i ate maggie. Today I mixed it with Sunquick because I can't smell and swallow Apple Cider Vinegar because it taste so so so bad.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar+Sunquick+Warm Water
Day 3: 5.4.2016
Im fasting today so I take a glass of warm water with two spoon of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar +  Sunquick before Iftar and also before I sleep. 

Day 4: 6.4.2016
Im fasting also today and I take a glass of water of with two spoon of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar + Sunquick before Iftar and also before I sleep.

Day 5: 7.4.2016
Today I drank a glass of water with two spoon of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar and Sunquick. Because I too busy today so I just make it in the evening. 

Day 6: 8.4.2016
Today I just drank Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with plain water. I made it before breakfast and before sleep. 

Day 7: 9.4.2016
Today I just drank Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with plain water. I made it before breakfast and before sleep. 

Day 8: 10.4.2016
Today I just drank Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with plain water. I made it before breakfast and before sleep. 

Day 9: 11.4.2016
Today I just drank Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with plain water. I made it before breakfast and before sleep.

I don't know what happened after 11.4.2016. Haha. The above story was my daily story but I didn't publish. I'm too busy so don't have time to update everything. Actually i didn't constant in consume apple cider vinegar in my daily life. In September 2016 i further my study in PhD level in UKM so before that i need to do xray and medical check up. I'm so shocked. I gain weight so much. It was about 63.4kg. With height 151cm my BMI is not normal. I have obesity problem. I was so shocked that time but i didnt take any action. Then in October 2016 i start my diet coz i want look beautiful in my master convocation. I start didnt eat rice. i avoid sweet drink, bread, fast food, maggie and junk food. I start my diet by ate 3 boiled egg for the breakfast. I ate vegetables with meat, sometime fried chicken and fried fish for the lunch and dinner. I know fried food doesnt good coz cooked using oil. but i still doesnt matter at least i didnt ate rice. I also ate nugget, sausage, burger meat. my convocation was in november 2016 but i didnt make it. i still look fat. but i didnt frust. i just continued my diet until now. About cheat day, of course You should have it. i also have a cheat day. i ate nasi lemak, nasi dagang, pulut kuning when i come back to my hometown. i also ate KFC, PIZZA HUT, DOMINO but only once a week. my concept is simple. as long as you didnt eat rice, sweet dream and bread sure you can decrease your weight. Drink warm water. i mean plain water. it's good for your body. my diet routine are not decrease the weight as fast as others diet routine or plan. based on my observation, in 10 days my weight loss only 400gram. But it's doesnt matter. after a year. now my weight is 54kg. i was able to reduce my weight about 9kg in 10 months. I will update the details and my pictures before and after here later. Will update the detail and chronology later. bye.
