Japanese Cotton Sponge Cake

Ingredients : 5 egg yolks (蛋黄) 1 egg (全蛋) 60g melted butter (溶化牛油) 100ml milk (牛奶) 60g plain flour(普通面粉) 20g corn flour (玉米粉) 5 egg whites (蛋白) 1/4 tsp salt(盐) 90g caster sugar (细砂糖)

Banana Custard Cake

Banana Cake Recipe: - 2 Egg Yolks - 4 Egg Whites - 85 gr Sugar ( 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) - 115 gr Ripe Banana pulsed in the food processor ( 1 Banana ) - 100 gr Milk ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) - 120 gr All Purpose Flour ( 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) - 1 tsp Baking Powder - 1 tsp good Quality Vanilla - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice ( or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar) Add it to the egg whites before adding the sugar. Custard Cream: - 330 gr Whole Milk ( 1 1/3 cup ) - 2 medium Eggs - 90 gr Sugar ( 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp) (the sweetnnes is ok, but for me, I need to decrease the sugar to 80 or 70 gram) - 2 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - Pinch of Salt

Resepi Gulai Ikan Masin

Bahan-bahan 
1. Ikan siakap @ asuh atau mana mana ikan yang korang suka. 
2. Bawang merah +putih +halia 
3. Cili boh
4. Cili kampung 
5. Santan 
6. Air
7. Garam dan serbuk perasa 
8. Serbuk kunyit 

Cara-cara 
1. Perap ikan dengan garam selama satu malam 
2. Masuk kan ikan, sedikit air, bawang yang di blend dengan halia, Serbuk kunyit, cili boh dan cili kampung ke dalam periuk. 
3. Apabila mendidih masuk kan garam n perasa seperti ajinomoto atau cukup rasa, n masuk kan santan. 
4. Kacau perlahan, apabila mendidih, tutup api. Siap
